Decide what type of program you’d like to use:

Helpful tip:
Many families choose 8–12 pages total, which equals 2–3 sheets folded. Programs can include a mix of color and black-and-white pages depending on preference and budget.
2. Gather Photos & Personal Touches
Collect the items you’d like included:
Photos (digital, clear, high-resolution when possible)
Poems, scriptures, quotes, or tributes
Special acknowledgments or dedications
Helpful tips:
Please identify who is in each photo and how they relate to your loved one
If including written tributes, note who each message is from
Clear, original digital photos produce the best print quality
3. Prepare Written Content
Have the following written or outlined (drafts are perfectly okay):
Obituary or life story
Order of service
Thank-you message or acknowledgments

4. Confirm Service & Location Details
Please gather:
Date, time, and full address of the service
Name and address of the funeral home
Name of the officiant (if different from the church pastor)
Repast information (if applicable)
Interment or burial details
Helpful tip:
